How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your EduLynk account and all associated personal data, you can do so by submitting a request to your school administrator or directly through our support channel.

Method 1: Via the EduLynk App

  1. Open the EduLynk App and log in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile > Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice. Your request will be sent to your school administrator for approval.

Method 2: Contacting Support

You can also request account deletion by emailing our support team. Please include your registered email address, student ID, and school name in your request.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon successful processing of your account deletion request:

It may take up to 30 days to fully remove your data from our active systems and backups. If you have any concerns regarding your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
